I'm Britt, your potential photographer for your special people, day, occasion--whatever your heart desires!

I started to dip my toes into the professional photography world in 2011, but have had a camera in my hand since I was a kid.

While in South Dakota for my 'regular' full-time work as an agronomist, I got my first 'NICE' digital camera and started messing around. I lived in the country at the time and LOVE sunflowers. Being in the country on a great country road, it hit me that that should be my business name! Later, in 2012 while travelling for work, I snapped one of my personal favorite pictures of a bunch of wild sunflowers along a country road and that's how my logo and brand was born!

I thoroughly enjoy people photography and the people I've been able to meet through that. I've just recently gotten into wedding photography and being able to capture a couple's love and their friends & family's love for the couple's new adventure fills my heart to the brim!

I also enjoy landscape and scenery photography and dabbling with microphotography and unique angles and perspectives on the things we see everyday, but don't sometimes fully SEE.
